Warranty

Starco Lighting products are covered by a 3 year or 5 year warranty based on the following reasonable conditions being met:

• The claimed Faulty product must be returned or made available for pickup and a receipt or proof of online sale should be provided if you are not an account customer.
• The lighting circuit on which the product was installed must have power surge protection installed as is required by Standards Australia.
• The product should not have been installed in a manner not recommended for that product. For example, installing an indoor product outdoors.
• Only compatible dimmers should be used which are suitable for dimming LED lighting products. In addition, the lights supplied by Starco lighting should be dimming rated and not of the non-dimmable variety if they are being installed onto a dimming circuit.
